Visualization is a mental practice.

 We can make our brain believe that attaining a goal is possible, simply by using visualization. People who think they are fortunate to make positive things happen for themselves. We can visualize anything; the only limit is our own minds.

Your mental picture of yourself has a powerful effect on your behavior. 

Visualize yourself as the person you in-tend to be in the future. Your self- image, the way you see yourself on the inside, largely determines your performance on the out- side. All improvements in your outer life begin with improvements on the inside, in your mental pictures. You have a virtually unlimited ability to learn and develop new skills, habits, and abilities. 


Imagery is our most fundamental language.

We think in pictures. If we learn to use imagination and visualization in the right way, it can be a tremendously powerful technique to achieve what we want in our lives by focusing all our attention and imagination on it. When we first practice visualization techniques, we open our minds and hearts in order to allow in, without censoring or judging, what we truly want to manifest in our lives. The more we practice, the clearer the details of our vision become.

Having faith in yourself will drive you to stay focused.

Choose to have a winning attitude and force your mind to see the positive opportunity in every experience, negative or positive. You owe it to yourself to become everything you have ever dreamed of being.


You give what you focus on.

Visualizing yourself to become the person that you want to be, is a powerful tool to stay focused. When you focus on something, you actually give your mind a command (whether you are aware of it or not). So your mind is looking forways to extract that command that you gave it. Why? Because your brain doesn’t know the difference, it will drive you to focus on creating it to happen. So understand that every time you tell yourself that things will go wrong, it’s actually going to happen. Your mind will look for the things that you tend to look for. If you think negatively, your mind will look for negative.

It this important to understand that the same effect that your mind has on a negative thought, will be as powerful as on a positive thought.

Identify the feeling that you wanted and practice this feeling.

You don’t need to wait for your life changes to feel good, you can choose to feel good now. It’s important to understand because that gives you the motivation required right now. You don’t need a condition to feel happy. Just imagination is enough to give your brain the sensation that it’s real.

Your affirmation will make you or break you.

Affirmation’s one of the biggest keys to how you see life in general. Most people don’t realize the affirmation that they say about themselves. People are driving by their self-talk. For instance, when you say to yourself that you hate Monday, and what will happen the next Monday, your mind will remember the statement that you said and use it. It means that every Monday unconsciously you will be in a bad mood to go to work because your mind already knows that you hate Monday and so act like you hate going to work things on Monday…

Use Visualization to achieve your goals

You have to look at yourself and ask if you match currently what you want and if the answer is no, you have to start to change a small thing right now to be capable of living the life that you want.

You don’t need to wait until your goals to have been achieved to start to enjoy living your life dreams. You can already know by changing small things in your life that will bring you closer to your life goals.

Try to change your routine when you start a new goal. This new routine will keep you motivated.

Invest time in yourself

The more you will invest in yourself, the more you are committed and will drive you to achieve your goal. So ask yourself what can I do right now, what can I change in my life in order to become the person that I want to be? Commit to working on changing to improve your life and open the door to achieving a goal that you have.

Follow on your social media people who motivate you to do what you want, people who work out, and people determined. Do not surround yourself with people who hang out a lot and club all the time. Statistics have shown that when you get on your social network, with people who are clubbing and hanging out a lot, you are 70 % more susceptible to doing the same unconsciously.

Learn to celebrate yourself

Commit to celebrating who you are and loving yourself. You have to learn to celebrate each small goal achieved. Look at your daily accomplishments; be grateful for everything in your life. Don’t wait until you’ve reached your goals to be proud of yourself.

Whenever you hit an important task or achieve a specific goal. Take out yourself for breakfast, book a relaxing massage, buy yourself a gift, get out of town, watch a movie, etc

You owe it to yourself to become everything you have ever dreamed of being. ♡
